Job Purpose:
To provide an independent mortgage advisory service to new customers, whilst being able to grow and build a client base, ensuring a year-on-year increase in performance (and salary) and written business.
Duties:
Search the market to find the most suitable mortgage products.
Conduct professional client fact finds and assess the clients financial , mortgage and protection needs.
Be able to communicate in a professional manner both on the telephone and face to face.
Experience Required:
Applicants must have at least 1-2 years experience of working within a mortgage advice environment and be a consistent target achiever.
Be able to offer an exceptional level of customer service and advice, have a strong work ethic, be self motivated and have a desire to progress their career.
Must be fully CeMAP qualified and have an above average level of education.
Salary
£25,000 BASIC STARTING SALARY (which increases in line with performance up to a maximum of £35,000) plus commission on mortgage related products.
You also have the opportunity of extra commission on non targetable, non mortgage related cross sales.
