MORTGAGE ADVISOR/MORTGAGE BROKER/MORTGAGE CONSULTANT

In the role of Mortgage Advisor you will carry out investment meetings in line with the investment sales process selling appropriately the full range of Society retail products against individual and branch targets all aligned with our customers needs.  You will also carry out mortgage meetings in line with regulatory requirements in order to identify customers needs.  As a Mortgage Advisor you will be advising on and selling the full range of mortgages  and mortgage related products against branch and individual targets to achieve sales objectives.  As a Mortgage Advisor you will be required to record direct new mortgage business on their internal systems and monitor the process through to completion, maintaining high standards of administration and customer service at all times.

Desired criteria:

  • Full CeMAP qualification
  • Proven sale track record
  • Good working knowledge of lending criteria and mortgage procedures.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written.
  • Good working knowledge of mortgage and insurance products.
  • Attention to detail
