Our client base comprises individuals across a wide range of ages/lifestyles and our speciality is income-investing as they dispose of their business/retire. Many of our clients don’t really recognise the concept of “retirement”.
To meet our clients’ needs efficiently and consistently, we have honed our investment portfolios for growth and income. Typically, customers value our custodianship of their hard-earned wealth, the house style is not aggressive but protective and our portfolios reflect that.
We also do our share of annuities, life assurance and mortgages, which make up c23% of products.
Our competitive fee/commission-sharing structure and includes trail/retainers.

We will help you with:
Admin - Help at every stage of the sales process so you can focus on what you do best
Simplicity - Adviser charging, client service proposition & investment proposition are already in place
Referrals from the existing client base
Contractual freedom – Self-generated clients remain yours
Expert mentoring – transition to fees, professional connections and compliance
Lead generation – eg web-site promotion, active marketing strategies, and successful directory listings
Parsonage is led by Certified and Chartered financial planner with 20 years’ experience of client-facing advice, compliance and paraplanning. We also have three administrators (currently), a paraplanner and full-time marketing director.
If you are our ideal candidate, you are:
• At least Certificate in Financial Planning qualified
• Mortgage qualified (preferred)
• Current competent adviser status
• Self-motivated in lead-generation, diary-management and further qualifications
• Professional and personable
• Aware of the need to meet the expectations of our higher net worth customers
• Able to deliver excellent service at all times
• Actively subscribing to the CII code of ethics
