Account Relationship Manager
Leading national Benefits Consultancy requires a Client Director to manage and work as part of a multi disciplined team advising a portfolio of corporate clients. The role requires a level of expertise in at least one area of either Healthcare, Flex, Pensions or Risk as well as excellent client management skills and strong technical capability.
In addition to leading the Client Relationship Managers within the office, you will take the lead on the organisations larger clients, advising on all aspects of their benefits arrangements. Focusing on client satisfaction and business retention, you will develop professional relationships understanding all needs and objectives, as well as supporting the relationships of more junior CRMs.
The salary bracket for this role is pitched at circa £80,000 with additional bonus and benefits on top. Successful applicants wil hold leadership or senior consulting experience and enjoy both client work as well as the support and development of others.
