Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services administrator/Sales Support to join our client who is a well-established RDR prepared IFA firm based near Wolverhampton assisting a team of IFA’s.
Main Duties:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services administrator/Sales Support individual to join a well-established RDR prepared IFA firm based near Wolverhampton. You will work closely with one of the Directors and assist the IFA team with their administration duties, helping with suitability letters, preparing files before the IFA’s meet with the clients, checking all files before the business is submitted to the relevant life company, checking all new business documentation, updating the clients with the process of their applications and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced financial services administrators or sales support staff who has gained industry experience working with an IFA firm dealing with general admin duties, especially with suitability letters and the preparation of files.
Experience of 1st Software would be a distinct advantage.
