Customer Engagement Manager South East £33,000 to £49,000 + extensive benefits.   My client is a major UK product provider who is looking to strengthen their customer marketing team.   The role will focus on managing, developing and delivering customer engagement activities & campaigns, promotional materials and communication programmes across all products and distribution channels. You will support the development and establishment of a C2B (to include D2C and B2B) business model and the distribution agreements between my client and its partners to achieve sales and retention targets. All communications must conform to regulatory requirements.   You should have knowledge of advertising, D2C and B2B customer engagement and communications best practice in the savings and the platform market. You should also have knowledge of literature production process and media buying as well as an understanding of agency management and briefing techniques. Ideally you should have knowledge of best practice campaign management, evaluation and consumer research techniques and how the web can be used as a marketing tool.   Ref: 4281
