Marketing Communications Manager
£45,000 to £50,000 + extensive benefits.
My client is a major UK product provider, who is looking to strengthen their worksite marketing team.
The purpose of the role is to develop and implement plans of pre and post sales and marketing communications plans in time and to budget. You will be working closely with the Client Marketing Manager to ensure the company’s employee engagement proposition is market competitive and supports business targets, brand and regulatory requirements.
You will be required to develop and deliver on agreed marketing plans for major projects such as – Auto Enrolment, RDR and Solvency II by working closely with the project managers.
You will need experience in the delivery of marketing communications, campaign and production processes, with a proven ability to negotiate and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver requirements. Marketing planning experience is essential as is a proven track record in delivering requirements on time and within budget. You will need to be able to deal with multiple initiatives and lead and motivate direct reports.
Financial services experience is essential and a pension’s background is desirable. You will also need to have an understanding of the regulatory framework and exposure to approval processes, and be a graduate with a minimum of 5 Years marketing communications experience, and hold a marketing qualification (eg CIM, IDM).
