Client Marketing Manager
£45,000 to £50,000 + extensive benefits.
My client is a major UK product provider who is looking to strengthen their worksite marketing team.
The purpose of the role is to develop and manage the creation, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the company’s bespoke employee communications proposition, launch plans/promotional campaigns and online application/scheme specific sites for corporate clients.
You will also be required to develop and drive implementation of the Workplace Savings Employee Communications Strategy in order to achieve industry leading communications for members of Workplace Savings Schemes.
You will need experience in the delivery of marketing communications, campaign and production processes, managing relationships with external clients, a proven ability to negotiate, the ability to work as part of a team to deliver requirements, and a proven track record in delivering requirements on time and within budget. You will need to be able to deal with multiple initiatives and have the ability to present to external clients and individuals at all levels of the hierarchy. You will also need strong marketing planning experience with the ability to lead and motivate direct reports. Ideally you will be a graduate with at least 5 years Marketing experience (min 2 years client facing) and hold a Marketing qualification (eg CIM, IDM).
