New Business Broker Consultant - London
Established Healthcare provider with a full proposition around health and wellness, are looking for a New Business Broker Sales Consultant. Primarily your role will be to work with existing Brokers to maximise opportunities to represent this firm championing its values and actively raising the profile in the market. You will build and maintain durable and productive business relationships with all allocated brokers on a panel achieved through demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business and then delivering appropriate solutions as well as generate new business opportunities.
We are looking for a results-oriented achiever with a proven sales track record, you must have demonstrable experience of the UK Health insurance market or a successful track record within B2B environment within the broader employee benefits sector. You will be exceptionally self-driven and able to build strong personal relationships with a range of brokers/intermediaries in order to achieve business goals. Highly developed presentation and negotiation skills and use a range of influencing styles to achieve results are also key attributes. The role can be based in London, South East, East Midlands or North East as clients are spread across the country so candidates will be expected to travel. Salary on offer is up to £45,000 plus car allowance, monthly bonus (which will be significantly reduced for your 1st 3 months) and comprehensive benefits with year one OTE circa £70,000
