Our Surrey based Client seek an Annuities Manager to run their busy Annuities department. With 5 direct reports the role itself reports in to the Head of Customer Services and daily responsibilities include running the department focusing on delivering a quality service to annuitants, training and development of staff, workflow and ad hoc work where required. You will also be involved in Business Analysis around the company systems along with maintenance and reconciliation of technical accountants and ledgers. You will also liaise with Clients ensuring service standards are met and deputise for the head of department when required.
